Healing Retreat with Dugald Davidson

You do not have to put up with chronic pain, emotional distress or spiritual uncertainty. The aim of this retreat is to put you on your own personal healing path. Working in group and individual sessions, we will discover the nature of illness and imbalance. Whatever your issues, we will find out the reasons for them, and what messages our bodies are communicating to us through the medium of ill-health. With this knowledge the healing process can begin.

We will be working holistically – at a spiritual, emotional and physical level. Most of our time will be spent clearing those health issues identified as priorities by the body. Daily yoga and meditation classes will complement the healing sessions as will the catering which is based on Ayurvedic principles.

Tutor: Dugald Davidson uses his own system of energetic healing which he has developed over many years, using techniques learned in a variety of healing arts. He is a qualified Iyengar yoga teacher and is trained in Kinesiology and Kinergetics as well as the Emotional Freedom Technique. He combines these with use of Bach Flower remedies, the Sedona Method, and nutritional supplements.

* Price includes all course tuition, accommodation and meals. Single rooms may be available, depending on numbers, for a supplement of 150 €.
